What we value most is the trust of our customers and the happiness of our employees. We aim to be a company with many employees who can always interact with customers with a smile.
The agricultural processed products we handle have been troubled by extreme weather, labor shortages, and significant currency fluctuations almost every year lately. However, regardless of the circumstances, we prioritize whether we are providing quality that satisfies our customers and whether our prices are reasonable. We strive to deliver our products while standing firm in challenging times, and this commitment contributes to our confidence. Additionally, we continuously share the latest information on raw materials with partners not just in Japan but also around the world. We aspire to be a team of professionals who can quickly provide information to our customers and support them when they face difficulties.
We cannot avoid environmental issues such as reducing food waste and CO2 emissions. Our mid-career and younger employees are diligently thinking about what we can do. In hopes that the Earth we live on remains rich and beautiful, we have also started activities related to the SDGs.
Since our founding in 1973, we have been pioneers in frozen vegetables, delivering not only domestic products but also vegetables and fruits from around the world. Our manufacturing process is rigorously managed at every stage from the field to the final product. Moreover, our repackaging center located in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture, has obtained ISO 22000 (2018) and FSSC 22000 certifications, and is focused on thorough sorting and diversifying packaging, particularly for imported raw materials, receiving high praise from our customers.
We will continue to work energetically and courageously in our efforts and challenges. Life Foods have developed with the support of many people. We will continue to progress humbly and gratefully, never forgetting our appreciation.
